Breakfast in Borneo, one of my favourites!!

It’s going to be a long day today, so I need a big meal (just an excuse to eat more).  Here you see my breakfast, a glass of Iced Tea and a plate of what is known as either Mee Jawa or Mee Rebus in some places.  My favourite, savoury, spicy and sweet (just a little).  The gentlemen who makes this for me is of Javanese descent and he has the perfect blend of spices for this dish which is just delicious.  Yumms.

Now If you'll excuse me, I am going to have breakfast in Borneo.
